I have never read anything written by Ginger Scott before and after reading this novel I now want to read anything and everything associated with her! This novel was wonderfully written, the characters are well written and easy to relate to, and the story line is an emotional roller-coaster!
I fell in love with the bad boy, singer/song writer with a large heart. I also fell in love with a wonderful story about a family and the way it can effect them when living with an autistic child. The adjustments it takes to an everyday life and how it can make you realize what really matters in life and toughen you against the things that don't.
The family dynamic in this novel is amazing, I love how Mason and Avery have such a close relationship with Ray and how he makes up such a huge part of their lives and this story. I just love the depth this novel has and I cried, laughed and swooned over the bond that forged between Mason and Max, Avery's autistic son.
This is a wonderful read and it touched my heart, I will be recommending this book and author Ginger Scott to anyone that will listen.
