This is a fantastic series, the mystery, adventure, and magic mix with a little slice of romance! Sarah Rees Brennan is a wonderful writer with an exceptional knack for detail and imagination. the characters and their struggles and forged friendships are wonderful and the light hearted banter between the characters is fun and keeps you wanting more.Kami, Jared and Ash are a formatable triangle, and with all the complicated and complex emotions are unmatched by any other novel I have read. The friendships and romantic feelings woven throughout this novel series is unmatched a well, the lesbian aspect was a slight surprise and a welcome one at that. I really had fun reading this series and hope to enjoy more from Brennan in the future.
